Booker Creek Estuary at Tropicana Field - Home of the 2008 American League Champions Tampa Bay Rays
Booker Creek flows by the stadium. The Rays hope to educate residents and visitors about native vegetation and water conservation. The project was developed by the Tampa Bay Estuary Program and funded by a grant from the Pinellas County Environmental Fund.

These are old train tracks that crossed Booker Creek. They were located just east of Tropicana Field Gate 1. The tracks were replaced in 2008 for the extension of the Pinellas Trail into downtown St. Petersburg.
