Installation Damage
1. Extensive cleaning of enclosed screened in porch after installer blew old kitchen floor onto the porch for several hours.
2. Installers at no point put up plastic sheeting to protect windows, doors, or closets to mitigate the spread of dust.
3. Baseboard not cut out for one closet.
4. One 12” section of new baseboard in kitchen has 12 nail holes in it.
5. Drywall cut into where new baseboard was cut out.
6. Front door window film scratched in multiple areas.
7. Front door aluminum frame scratched in multiple areas.
8. Front door scratched in multiple areas.
9. Smoke detectors not reinstalled.
10 Shower ledge chipped when installers put toilet in shower.
11. Splatter marks on walls up to 60” in some areas.
12. Hallways from unit to elevator, to stairs, to contractors vehicles not cleaned up daily by contractors.
